Could Not Acquire Token From WindShape Hardware
If you get the error message, "could not acquire token from WindShape hardware" when connecting your WindShaper in the Flight Stand software.
If a browser running the WindControl software GUI is holding the WindShaper control token, the Flight Stand software will not be able to connect to the machine. Release the token in your browser and reconnect.
Step 1: Navigate to the WindControl GUI in your internet browser, IP: (192.168.88.40).
Step 2: If the token is held by the WindControl software, release it.
Step 3: Restart the Flight Stand software, and reset the WindShape hardware. It should now connect to the software.
