How to Generate a Debug Report
Debug reports can help our team answer your support case.
To generate a debug report, there are two options available:
- Automatic Generation: If the software crashes, you will be automatically prompted to generate a debug report.
- Manual Generation: Go to the Debug Tools tab in the Setup menu. Turn on Debug Mode. At this time, you will recreate the conditions that caused the software or hardware to not function properly. With Debug Mode enabled, the issues will be stored for us to review. Once the issue is reproduced, return to the Debug Tools tab and click the button to generate the report. Then send the report, along with the details of the issue, to customer support for further assistance.
