Inaccurate Thrust or Torque measurements?

If you're experiencing faulty or no thrust and torque measurements during testing, it is likely related to load cell performance or connectivity. To help our customer support team assist you quickly, please follow these steps:

Prepare the FMU: Place the FMU on a flat surface and remove the motor mount. Ensure that nothing is attached to the unit.

Enter Debug Mode: Navigate to the Debug Tools tab on the setup page and select the Debug Mode icon.

Record a Test: Perform a test in Manual mode without using the ESC throttle.

Export Results: Export the test results as a CSV file.

After completing these steps, please send the CSV file to customer support along with the test specifications. These should include the Flight Stand's model, the mechanical hardware being tested (e.g., motor, propeller, power supply), and the environmental conditions during the test. This information will help us investigate and resolve the issue.

Important: Please do not attempt to open the casing yourself. Any tampering with the enclosure will void the calibration, and the unit must be returned to Tyto Robotics for recalibration.
