Issue Connecting Hardware Devices
You are unable to connect your hardware to the software
- If you're having trouble connecting your hardware devices to the software, it's likely that an update to the device firmware is required. Please follow these steps to update the firmware:
- Open the Flight Stand Software: From the drop-down menu, select the Hardware tab, and choose the specific hardware device from the menu.
- Update Firmware: Within the Hardware tab, navigate to the Firmware tab and click on "Flash Firmware" to update the firmware to the correct version.
