No communication with the device?

If you're having trouble connecting the FMU to the Flight Stand firmware, check for bent pins on the communication cable. If you find any damage, the cable will need to be replaced, which you can request directly through our customer support team. 

To avoid damaging the fragile connectors, ensure the cables are correctly aligned before connecting them. Before plugging the communication cable into the FMU port, look for the tab on the cable's perimeter and ensure it lines up with the designated slot on the FMU communication port.
