Sync Hub Not Connected in the Software?

If the sync hub is not recognized by the software, ensure the following:

Software: Verify that you're using the latest stable software release. You can download it from the Software > Download > Previous Versions and Changelog section.

USB Connection: Ensure that the USB connection between the sync hub and your PC is stable. Using an excessively long cable can sometimes cause this issue.

Check Communication Cable Connection: Make sure there is a firm connection on the M8 cables communicating with the hardware. Tighten the connector using the hex nut. Additionally, inspect the pins on the connector to ensure they are not damaged; if they are, the cable will need to be replaced. To avoid damaging the fragile connectors, ensure the cables are aligned correctly before connecting them. Before plugging the communication cable into the FMU port, check for the tab on the cable's perimeter and ensure it lines up with the designated slot on the FMU communication port.

Following these steps should help resolve the connection issue.
